He discovered the Caffe Latte attack, broke WEP Cloaking - a WEP protection schema, conceptualized enterprise Wi-Fi Backdoors and created Chellam, the world's first Wi-Fi Firewall. He is also the author of multiple five star rated books which have together sold over 13,000+ copies worldwide and have been translated to multiple languages.

Vivek started SecurityTube.net in 2007, a YouTube for security which currently aggregates the largest collection of security research videos on the web. SecurityTube Training and Pentester Academy now serve thousands of customers from over 90 countries worldwide. He also conducts in-person training in the US, Europe and Asia. Vivek's work on wireless security has been quoted in BBC online, InfoWorld, MacWorld, The Register, IT World Canada etc. places. He has spoken/trained at top conferences around the world including Black Hat USA, Europe and Abu Dhabi, Defcon, Hacktivity, Brucon, SecurityByte, SecurityZone, Nullcon, C0C0n etc.

Vivek has over a decade of experience in security and has keen interest in the areas of Wireless, Mobile, Network and Web Application Pentesting, Shellcoding, Reversing and Exploit Research. He loves programming in Python, C and Assembly.

Nikhil Mittal

Nikhil Mittal is a hacker, infosec researcher, speaker and enthusiast. His area of interest includes red teaming, active directory security, attack research, defense strategies and post exploitation research. He has 12+ years of experience in red teaming.

He specializes in assessing security risks at secure environments that require novel attack vectors and "out of the box" approach. He has worked extensively on Active Directory, Azure AD attacks, defense and bypassing detection mechanisms and Offensive PowerShell for red teaming. He is creator of multiple tools like Nishang, a post exploitation framework in PowerShell, Deploy-Deception a framework for deploying Active Directory deception and RACE toolkit for attacking Windows ACLs. In his spare time, Nikhil researches on new attack methodologies and updates his tools and frameworks.

Nikhil has held trainings and bootcamps for various corporate clients (in US, Europe and SE Asia), and at the world’s top information security conferences. He has spoken/trained at conferences like DEFCON, BlackHat, BruCON and more.

Sven Schleier

He is a trainer, speaker and one of the OWASP Project leads for the OWASP MSTG and MASVS.

Sven made several stops at big consultant companies and small boutique firms in Germany and Singapore and became specialised in Application Security. Besides his day job Sven is one of the core project leaders and authors of the OWASP Mobile Security Testing Guide (MSTG) and OWASP Mobile Application Security Verification Standard (MASVS) and has created the OWASP Mobile Hacking Playground. Sven is giving talks and workshops about Mobile Security worldwide to different audiences, ranging from developers to students and penetration testers.

Nishant Sharma leads R&D at Pentester Academy and Attack Defense. He has 8+ years of experience in the information security field including 6+ years in WiFi security research and development. He has conducted classroom trainings in Blackhat USA, HITB Amsterdam/Singapore, RootCon, OWASP NZ Day. He has presented research and conducted workshops at Blackhat USA/Asia, DEF CON China, HITB, RootCon, Packet Hacking Village, Wireless Village, IoT village and Demo labs (DEFCON USA). Prior to joining Pentester Academy, he worked as a firmware developer at Mojo Networks where he contributed in developing new features for the enterprise-grade WiFi APs and maintaining the state of art WiFi Intrusion Prevention System (WIPS). He has a Master's degree in Information Security from IIIT Delhi. He has also published peer-reviewed academic research on HMAC security. His areas of interest include WiFi and IoT security, Linux security.

Jeswin Mathai

He has published his work at DEFCON China, RootCon, Blackhat Arsenal, and Demo labs (DEFCON). He has also been a co-trainer in classroom trainings conducted at HITB, RootCon, OWASP NZ Day. He has a Bachelor degree from IIIT Bhubaneswar. He was the team lead at InfoSec Society IIIT Bhubaneswar in association with CDAC and ISEA, which performed security auditing of government portals, conducted awareness workshops for government institutions. His area of interest includes Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering, Cryptography, WiFi security, and Web Application Security.
